Who We Are

Albria is a product of Graham Alembic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Albria is an independent product and is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any AI provider.

The Short Version

Your projects, files, and conversations stay on your devices. We don't sell data, and we don't use analytics or tracking. A few things do reach servers we run or rent, and we list every one of them below. When you use an AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), your conversations go to that provider under its privacy policy. Use a local model via Ollama to keep them on your machine.

What Reaches Our Servers

  • Bug reports and feedback. When you send a bug report from the app or use the feedback form on this website, what you write (and your email, if you choose to give it) goes to our feedback service at albria.ai, which runs on Cloudflare and files it as an issue in a private GitHub repository that we keep.
  • Hang reports. If the app freezes, it sends a technical report through the same service: app version, device model, timing, and a stack trace. It does not include your content.
  • Watch and phone requests. Some watch and phone features, such as asking for a callback, send the text of your request through our relay at grahamalembic.ai, which runs on Cloudflare.
  • Support email. Mail you send to an @albria.ai address passes through Cloudflare Email Routing and is forwarded to our company mailbox.
  • This website. It is served by Cloudflare Pages, and app downloads come from Cloudflare storage. Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts. If you join the waitlist, your email is held by Buttondown, and we use it only to tell you about Albria; you can unsubscribe at any time. The beta download page sets one cookie, for seven days, so you don't have to re-enter the access code. We use no other cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts.
  • The Curator server. We also run a server at curator.grahamalembic.ai, behind Cloudflare, for our Dead Donut app. Albria does not use it. Questions sent to it are kept in its log.

Cloudflare's handling is covered by its privacy policy.

What AI Providers Collect

Albria connects to AI providers via their command-line tools. When you use a cloud AI provider through Albria, your conversations — including any code, personal details, or sensitive information you share — are sent directly from your device to that provider's servers. Albria does not intercept, proxy, store, or modify this traffic.

The app requests explicit consent before sending data to any third-party AI provider. You can revoke consent per-provider at any time in Settings.

Optional Third-Party Services

Albria supports optional integrations that you may choose to enable:

  • ElevenLabs — for premium AI voice synthesis. Your voice data is sent to ElevenLabs if you enable this feature, subject to their privacy policy.
  • Deepgram — for speech-to-text transcription. Audio is sent to Deepgram if enabled, subject to their privacy policy.

These services are optional and off by default. API keys are stored in your macOS Keychain and never leave your device except to authenticate with the respective service.

Data Storage

All project files, settings, priorities, context, and local data are stored on your device. Sensitive credentials (API keys, tokens) are stored in the macOS Keychain. We have no access to any of this data.

Children's Privacy

Albria is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We have no list of app users to notify, so please check this page from time to time.
